Now that we only have one apartment we are no longer able to offer short breaks. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Should you wish to bring your own bed linen (double sheet, duvet cover and 4 pillowcases) plus towels there will be a £10 discount on the total cost of your stay.

Please send 25% deposit to secure your booking. Balance payable on arrival.  Unless we can relet the apartments no refund will be made for cancellations within 20 days from the start of your holiday. Please make cheque payable to J. Clitheroe at 14 Shop Lane, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1AW
