13 (ground floor) and 14 (above it) Tunns Yard are set back from the road in a discrete unit.

13 and 14 share the following features: 

Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment.
Comfortable living area with TV and DVD, radio/CD player. Small DVD and CD library
Double bedroom with electric blanket in winter, radio, alarm clock.
Shower room with hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer
Electric storage central heating
Each apartment has parking for one car in off road chained parking bay

Access to secure lock-up for bicycles behind the apartments. Please let us know if you intend to use this.

 The differences between them are as follows:

Kitchen: 13 has a washing machine with washing line in courtyard at back; 14 has a dishwasher
13 has access to front patio with view to the sea
13 has a video player with library of videos

We provide bed linen and towels, plus toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dish cloths and tea towel. If you bring your own linen (double sheet, duvet cover and 4 pillow cases) plus towels there is a £10 discount on the total cost of your stay.

The apartments are available from 2pm and should be vacated by 11am  unless by  prior arrangement.
